Drive across town to pick up package that the carrier failed to leave at 1530 hours, package not there but show us your D.L. and sign the ticket and the carrier will deliver tomorrow....nNext day...the carrier fails to leave it Again! ....call the local USPS number to have to jump through all their hoops for 10 minutes to then sit on hold for 30 more minutes!! ...No wonder Trump called them idiots on national tv...
I’m ashamed to say I ruined my neighbor and I’s mailbox. There’s certain standards about a mailbox that most people don’t know… it cannot be on the ground or leaned against a tree. You can try to stand outside holding the mailbox while for the best. I had to go pick up two weeks of mail until I was given great advice! This was the resolution:
Have had several postal carriers for the route I live on over the years. They have all been very nice. Have done a wonderful job delivering. Thank you guys for all you do!!! Most people take you for granted. Have a not so nice dog and I make sure that she is put away when I see them come through to make sure there is never an issue. Never understood the people on here complaining about their dog bitting a carrier and not owning up to it. It's not the carriers fault your dog bit them.
I am so thankful for our letter carrier! My husband and I appreciate his diligence. We order a lot of stuff online and each week our packages are brought up to our door. Thank you, Shawn, for such great customer service!!! We appreciate you!
This isn't getting any better. Since having received all the business of delivering packages from Amazon. Amazon, recently dropped the usage of UPS and chose the 2 worst services to do their package delivery. Amazon and USPS. Please, stick to letters, package are not meant to be forced into a mailbox. Packages are meant to be delivered to the door. Amazon should lose quiet a few customers due to this stupid move. I'll be one of them.
