I've lived in three states and in multiple locations. This post office is the worst. Many missing and late packages. Most recently I ordered a very small package which went out for delivery - they didn't deliver the package because the "employee did not have access to the mailbox" yet a bunch of letters were delivered and put in my mailbox by the USPS the same day. Even if the package didn't fit, which is extremely unlikely, my front door is literally 10 feet or so from the mailbox.

The absolute BEST service I have ever received in a post office! I will drive 20 miles out of my way to have these fine folks help me with my mail processing. Especially one gentleman vet! Thank You for always making my day brighter.

After spending months with USPS trying to figure out how our 2 foot almost $500 package “disappeared” after I dropped it off at the Nampa Post Office (over four different people from various departments at USPS confirmed that this package, that we were returning back to a merchant, failed to receive a processing scan after it was “dispatched” from the Nampa post office and never made it to the Boise Processing/Distributing Center. This is an excerpt from an email I got from consumer affairs: “After over a month there is no way we will find your parcel. It appears to me that it never made it out of Nampa. It should have had processing scans from some plant and tracking shows it did not get any”), calling the investigation department and sending a letter to the consumer advocate department.... I get this disappointing letter from USPS 😞 Beware, if you send a package through USPS without paying for additional insurance, you are on your own (you would think a package disappearing from the drop off post office location would be an exception). It was a return item with a return label, I thought it was insured:( With insurance or not, last time I checked this was called stealing, but the post office can get away with it. How can a business operate this way and simply shrug their shoulders when people’s property goes missing... from the same place it was dropped off at??!#thishastostop USPS

The most incompetent group of people ever. I have NEVER had so many issues with any mail service until I moved down here.

I have never had an issue with not getting my mail. They even held a package for me which was supposed to be delivered to my school, but due to snow days there wasn't anyone there to receive the package. I was able to go in and pick up the package so that my students could get the books they purchased for Christmas break. The service was polite, quick, and helpful.
