This is my go-to store!! It’s my sure bet, never-fail-me store  when I need undergarments, sleepwear and bathing suits!!! This store has never let me down… go in, talk to the awesome, friendly staff… they are SUPER helpful and always make me feel like I’m their #1 customer!  Don’t take my word for it… go in!!!  My faves are: sleep shorts, undies/bras and their amazing bathing suitsI have at least 6!  My family and friends know my love of this place and buy me gift cards so I can go on L. V. E. R. -Freddy shopping sprees!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!  My grandmother made an online purchase and had to return a couple things. She called customer service in advance and explained to them that she did not have a cell phone and had no way of showing an online receipt for her in store return. They politely assured her it was okay, gave her the order number, and said she would be able to make an online return in the store by showing the workers the order number they gave her. This certain sales associate ACCUSED my grandmother of "manipulating the system", was extremely condescending with her and at one point changed her voice to mimic her. My grandmother left in tears. This is ELDER ABUSE and should NOT be tolerated!!!!!! I know many people who will not enter the Fredericton Regent Mall Location when this certain staff member is working because she is so horribly rude to customers. My family and I make lots of purchases at La Vie en Rose because we love the products but we will NEVER be shopping there again because of this employee. NOT impressed and this should be dealt with IMMEDIATELY.

I am a male but shop here for my wife, often. Very clean store. I have yet to enter and not have a pleasant experience. The staff are polite, helpful and professional. They make me feel comfortable shopping there.  Thank you.

I love this store. My daughters and I always find the best deals here in the regent mall. The quality of the products are amazing and the staff is always very happy and helpful. We will continue to shop there.

This company is sketchy, they charged my credit card when I paid online, then they refunded my card, so I expected the order was cancelled but no confirmation from them anout what was going on with my order. Three weeks later my card was charged again, but for different amount. When I called the customer service did cancel the remainder of my order that had not been shipped but they gave me some bullshit story about how the original charge was just a hold and the. They had preauthorization to bill again when the order was shipped. I didn't think this was legal. Whatever the case, I will never order or shop with them again because of over 10 years of buying online I've never heard of such a practice. Buyer beware!!

Love this store! The product is great & the employees are always super helpful!

Went to the one in Fredericton. Got no service at all. The were like 4 employes ignoring us.  Not going there again.
