Sorry to say you have lost a customer. I took my 79 year old mother to your Regent Mall store on Sunday, June 18, 2017 for the express purpose of purchasing a black sweater. I had seen it the night before and thought it was exactly what she had been looking for. I checked with the sales woman about the price. She confirmed that it was 30% off. When I took Mum the next day, the sales woman tall with dark hair was very rude. When we took the sweater up to pay for it, we were told that the sale was off, even though the signs were still up. The store had been open for two hours, so there was plenty of time to take the signs down. It wasn't exactly teeming with customers. When I mentioned that the signs were still up, she rudely said the sweater wasn't on sale anyway. I told her that I had inquired the night before and was told that it was on sale, otherwise I wouldn't have brought my mother there. She made no offer of help or apology, so we left and said we would never be back. Needless to say, I was very disappointed that we were treated so rudely and we will definitely never purchase from you again.

They have some really great sales here. All staff are always nice and helpful
