Was easy to find what we were looking for. The process to get the additional 10% discount was easy enough to do. The staff was very patient with us for completing the process to get the discount. We are happy to be able to save an additional 6 dollars off of our purchase. The items we bought were between 40 to 50% off. We went originally to purchase this sweater for our dog but ended up purchasing additional items.
No one to help you no one says hello when I come in or anytime around the store. I find that they don't have as much nice clothes like the urban planet at place Longueuil. The rebates are great at this store.

Worst customer service, very rude and frustrating! I hated my last experience! Honestly not sure if I'll go back especially because of the way I was treated. The girl at the cash was a complete b**ch. An item I wanted to purchase was missing the price tag so she rudly told me to go get another one to scan it, instead of asking a collegue or getting it herself... or nicely asking me. It's not my fault if you didn't put a price tag on it... Why does that have to be my problem? Honeslty the way that girl was talking to me was making your store look bad and you just lost a good client. I'm probably not the first client to have the same horrible experience. Oh and don't try to find help... they're to busy talking and laughing and not working. That store needs a new manager!
Cool clothes but you can't try the clothes in the store and the returning policy isn't the best.

No toilettes for kids. Very rude employee.
