I bought one of their dresses for a wedding online. Unfortunately it did not suit me. I brought it back and the consultant did the return with a smile no questions asked. I bought another dress more suitable from her..all around impeccable service.
The customer representative was racist and rude. She was not ready to show us a dress, me and my friend were there for a her reception dress. And the front desk girl was asking us for all of our details like phone # & home address just to see the dress, lol we bought $600 better dress from Bay.. I just want to let the store owner know that today they loss a sale cos of there rasict CSR..
