Standard fare for a Tommies store. My wife likes to shop there and buys there. The service is bilingual and good. They should have a bench at the front near the window where I can rest my feet. :)

Nice inventory and they always have special promos via email. It saves you the drive to the Outlet in Mirabel :)

Customer service was not impressive.. as a usual client to Tommy stores,surprised with the level of service.. Presenting a sweater with a cut produced by the zipper the answer was it never happens, I have never seen it before. Asking if the new sweater gets this issue would I come to the store to change or how would you deal with it? - you have 30 days from the purchase date. Tommy long ago used to grantee its products against any issues not caused by the client. Fair enough the sweater got damaged after 4 days use.

Horrible customer service. I've been there 5 times, never been greeted at the door, not even a simple "hello" and it wasn't busy. Staff everywhere but completely ignoring the customers. Only employee interacting with a customer is the girl at the cash register. I approached a female employee to ask a question and she looked at me like she couldn't be bothered. Prices and selection are the same as you would find at any other TH outlet; don't shop here if you value good customer service.
