Apparently, if you are a mom with kids, ESPECIALLY with a baby in a stroller OR someone with a disability needing an accessible change room, this store doesn’t want your business! I’ve been shopping here since high school, I am now in my mid 30’s and haven’t clearly gone shopping for myself for some time especially with a 6 year old and an 8 month old in a stroller. I just wanted to get myself a nice new birthday outfit- only to be told by the staff “you can just leave your baby in the stroller and your daughter can watch him”… umm.. NO! Then she said my daughter could just hold him while she sits on the floor with him, have you SEEN the floors? are they ever swept!? YOU are kidding me right? I’ve never felt so degraded as a mother! Clearly your table of shoes needs to be displayed more than having an accessible change room available!
I'm so grateful that I live near by this urban behavior store! I just loved the clothes and environment they have over there. Even today I visited and my experience was same as before. I'm always fully satisfied with their work. And I really wanna appreciate one employee who checked out my clothes.. Maybe his name is Sagar. He was really nice and friendly in nature and my card was not working at first few transactions but he was really patient and helped me. I'm really thankful to him.
Worst experience I've ever had in a retail store. Even boarding on racism!! I walked in at 8:20pm store closes at 9pm trying to purchase a few items for my boyfriend. There were 2 employees folding clothes who told me that the store is closed and that I'm not allowed to shop in that section. I looked around the store, seeing multiple people browsing and still shopping. I pointed out that the gate wasn't close, that it was 40mins till close and asked why others were allowed to keep shopping. They responded by saying it takes a while to clean everything up, and they're trying to close early. They told me to come back tomorrow. I walked up to a different employee and asked if there was a reason why I couldn't shop while other people were allowed to. The employee looked confused, mentioning that the store is still open and that I'm allowed to shop. I told her about the 2 employees who said otherwise, and she then told a cashier what happened. The cashier told me it was okay and that I could shop. So, I went back to the men's section, and the 2 ladies said again, "Hey lady, we already told you, you can't shop here, we're closed!" I responded by letting them know their cashier told me I could. The cashier then had to leave her post to come verbally tell them to let me shop. Upon checkout, I explained to the manager how unnecessarily rude the 2 employees were. I said it wasn't fair that they singled me out while everyone else in the store could shop. The manager said they were new hires and that it was their first day. Doubt this was true I've literally worked as a retail manager in the same mall as this store, and I'm appalled at the lack of customer service there. Not to mention, I was the ONLY black person in the store. I don't like making things about race but I can't think of any other reason as to why they would tell me I couldn't shop here while letting other people who weren't black walk in the store and shop after me. I wasn't even the last customer in the store when I checked out. After I left, people were still shopping. You should be ashamed having employed people like them.
Busy place …still one of the employee working there made my day… Very polite and knows his job I guess his name was Sagar Thankyou for being so helpful.
I really appreciate the customer service given by an Indian guy. I guess his name is sagar he was wearing black T-shirt and he was really familiar to me. Plus I would say he has great customer service skills and he knows how to talk to others in a nice way, he also helped me choosing items in which i was confused as he looks like that he knows about styles so much…!!! Also the work environment was also nice thank you so much
The store is really good and I really enjoy it's atmosphere out there. I had really amazing experience today at check-out, where I met a lovely guy, I guess his name was Sagar. He was such a friendly guy. I recommend the store to all my friends and people out there to visit.
Jecca made my day!! I went to buy a skirt, all the employees seem to busy to care so I approached her and she immediately stop what she was doing and help me look in all the store for what I was looking for. She gave me fashions advice and explained all the discounts I could get! Absolutely beautiful girl, she looked very well put together and her manners and respect is amazing!! Her customer service was impecable!! She went all the way to get me a dress from the window and I loved her!!
If I could give 0 starts, I would. I went to this store last weekend and the whole experience was terribly bad. I walked in because I saw they had a sale going on and decided to get an outfit or two. The music they play is extremely annoying multiple people in the store were also complaining about it. Then I stood in line for almost 20 minutes to use the dressing room. When it was finally my turn, the person in charge of the dressing rooms told me I had max 3 minutes to try everything on even when a couple hoarded one of the dressing rooms the entire time we were in line. After trying on the clothes, I headed to the register. They have a barely visible line where you're supposed to stand. I waited there until one of the cashiers asked me to pass. When I got there, he said he didn't call me and when I got back to the line, people took my spot and the cashier asked me to get in line again. Here's the worst part of all. When I finally got to the register, the price of the clothing wasn't even the price it was supposed to be! It was higher! So, here's the catch. They have racks with a big sign with the "price" of the items. When you grab something from that rack it should be that price, right? Well, no. The price they list is for the cheapest item in the rack. The sign that says that those items are on sale also doesn't apply to all the items in the rack even though there's nowhere that says that. So, a shirt that was listed for CAD20 is actually around CAD50. It's completely misleading and when I asked about it. The manager just said, "That's the company's marketing technique". That's not a marketing technique, that's misleading and cheating the customer. After all this experience I decided to just leave the store. I wasted my time looking at some cheaply made clothing store. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.
I really like the store especial sagar's customer service. I like his nature as he is so friendly and he explained all the offer plus discounts really really well even he was telling each ítem's price before and after the discounts. He is so understandable and the prices of the ítems are jaw dropping. Well I would recommend this store to all of my friends plus will come again but will do the transaction with him again as he is so fast and adds a mood to the customers mood
I went here a couple days ago to freshen up my wardrobe. After standing in the fitting room line for almost 15 mins… I come to find out none of the fitting rooms are big enough to fit a stroller into. So it left me no option other than to take my baby out of the stroller and take him into the fitting room. I couldn’t even place him on the floor because the floor was covered in dirt, dust and hair. Soooo gross. Needless to say I left after speaking to the manager who didn’t really seem to care. Go figure.
