I recently wanted to buy new denim jeans that were more of a true denim as opposed to stretch denim, without any fashion holes. After going to a few shops in River Ranch, and all three department stores at the mall I decided to try Old Navy as a last ditch effort. To my surprise the first pair of pants I looked at was over 95% cotton! The stacks of jeans on the wall even had a scale of how stretchy the material was which made shopping much easier for this specific need. The jeans I chose were also less than half the price of what I was expecting to spend elsewhere.
The assistant manager Maegan was so friendly and helpful. we stayed in the store over a hour and she helped me out every step of the way. WE NEED MORE LIKE HER. THANKS SO MUCH!

The Store Is Very Clean But Some Of The Workers Weren't very accurate & Didn't Seem To Know What They Actually Had In Stock . I Called Before I Went & Asked For Juniors School Pants & They Said Yes We Have Those So I Went By 25 minutes later Because It Takes Me That Long To Make It There & They Didn't Have Any Juniors sizes At All. They Cashier Told Us To Sign Up For Their Rewards Program & That Day You Would Be Able To Get 20% off Of Your Purchase ! I was hesitant but she insisted ! So I Did & After The Fact Tells Me The 20% won't Be Able To Be Added Until The Next Time I Shop There . It Couldn't Be Added To This Transaction Today. I Won't Be Going Back So the Time Spent Doing That Was Pointless.
I recently went in to return a bunch of packages I had ordered online the last couple of months. The lines were long but the cashiers were quick. My cashier found my four online orders dated back to August and made my return process quick and easy, with a smile. Excellent customer service
Some areas aren't very organized. Hard to find certain items
I genuinely think the store could be run better. The girl with braids working the fitting rooms just seemed bothered for me to have been there. The lines are always long and only two registers open. Employees are always actively straightening out the store but not quick to even acknowledge your existence. This has been every time I’ve been there. Oh well sales are too good
From the moment I entered the store until I left, the staff was very gracious and helpful. The wide selection and great clearance sales made the overall shopping experience complete.
