Originally founded in 1990, Urban Barn now operates more than 50 retail stores selling furniture, home décor and accessories in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Quebec. Ellice Urban Barn is located at the Furniture Supercentre on the intersection of Ellice Avenue and Milt Stegall Dr.

Staff was amazing. When picking up floor model sectional it was not made easy. Although it was wrapped nicely, it was located in the back corner of the store with no pathway cleared, and a lot of breakable things in the way to the front door which we had to get out of... Some sort of guide or clearing would of been nice.

My husband and I had a great time shopping at Urban. Found all kinds of things for our new home which we had been looking for at other furniture retailers and not found. Our sales girl was excellent, very helpful. We recently went to the regent store and found it absolutely empty, hardly any stock. Not empressed at all compared to the Ellice store. Really had a great time shopping there. Thanks

I went into the store on Saturday and was not greeted. When I saw some wine glasses on the counter the girl behind the desk abruptly told me that they were a customers and I asked where I can find them and she just said over there. I did end up buying but I guess you guys screen who you want to help in the store. Poor customer service but products are nice.

Initially saw a lovely Italian leather floor model chair at The Urban Barn Lindenwoods. I took a photo to show my husband. Two days later, we went to see the chair hoping that there would be one at the Kildonan Crossing location. Too late. It was sold. So, STEVEN, offered to phone the other locations in search of the chair. I asked him to check he Polo area store and yes, they had one. We drove there and William greeted us immediately. He escorted us to the chair's location. My husband "tested" its comfort level and we decided to buy it. William gave me an additional discount. He had the chair wrapped in plastic and then carried to our car to see if it would fir. It did not fit. So, we arranged for our son in law to pick it up the next day and transport it to our home. William marked it as Sold and left visual instructions for Shannon to follow on pick up day. Exceptional Customer Service. I love my new chair. Thanks to Urban Barn!

Great experience, store is always clean and tidy. Will was a great help!!! Also happened to pop in for a big sale. Great timing!!!
