Kern Hill Furniture

Bought a sectional and upon delivery find out it doesn’t fit in through the door. Went to see what our options were and were not given many other than receiving our money back. They still charged us $100 dollar delivery fee for a product that wasn’t delivered in the end. Terrible customer service and lack of knowledge on the part of the sales rep Preston. Avoid this place and just go to a more reputable furniture store who actually include delivery in the purchase price.

We purchased a bed from Kern Hill. Nick & Nelson were excellent. They steered us in the right direction. Delivery was quick and on-time. A year later and we still love our bed!

Me and my mother bought my daughter who was 3 years old at the time a bed at Kern Hill Furniture in 1993; when the store was still located at 843 Main Street. The bed lasted for a very long time.

We dealt with Preston on our new Chase lounge and recliner, and he was excellent. He gave us straight and accurate answers regarding the ordering of items and shipping times, and was very knowledgeable about the products. Also, the young man working in the shipping receiving area who loaded us up was so friendly and respectful. Overall, a terrific experience.

Just got my new sofa. Love it. Movers were polite, strong and capable, even getting it through the narrow doorway. Salespeople were friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. The whole experience was positive. Thank you Kern Hill!

I went to kern hill looking for a recliner. The salesman Barry was very helpful and informative. The staff is nice and the store is very clean and laid out tastefully. I am very happy with my purchase.

31/2 to 4 star - older store with traditional furniture. Inside as you enter, very nice display of 'Palliser' furniture. Friendly staff. Limited floor space lends to overcrowding of back area
