I want to praise Charles for being excellent salesman and true professional. He provided expertise, advices, and wasn't rushing me to buy mattress. I passed Brian Tracy Sales Program and I can honestly say that Charles has natural skills, what we like to call full package. I'm really unsatisfied with delivery service. Instead of Brick trying to accommodate me, I have accommodate to them and their bad delivery system. Their software picks random delivery times and they give you 3 hr time frame. They don't deliver after 5:00 pm during the week when most working people are available. My place is 10 min driving from the place where I bought the mattress. I come from Europe and this is unheard of there, that you have to wait 7 days to get you stuff. When you spend good amount of money, you get your stuff next day or day after and you can schedule time of delivery. This is unprofessional and it's totally outdated customer service. I won't buy anytime soon at Brick.

Found all I needed in 1 stop. Got a 8 piece bedroom suit for 1,440 after taxes and delivery. Great service the delivery was great as well. The delivery guys set up and arranged all my furniture even though set up was not included SO HAPPY about That!!

the best thing about this store is they have varieties. they have another warehouse on same street just 30 seconds away. lots of parking. guys are quick for shipping stuff or loading at site. brick is cheaper and always have deals on something.

Some okay deals here, but they really haven't quite made the outlet prices and deals. They even sell new furniture at full price? It's supposed to be scratch and dent, mismatched stuff for deals.
