Urawa Sushi

Quantity and quality was good. My first time visiting, I tried the Bento box which was well seasoned; I was not disappointed. The 2nd time, I got Udon and didn't expect the quantity to so much. The customer service I received was attentive. I was pleased with both visits.

Great value sushi spot in the heart of downtown. I like their torched sushi selections which I've ordered multiple times. I didn't like the veggie fried rice as much, but hey, they're a sushi place! Attached photo of the veggie fried rice, curry tonkatsu and some torched sushi

To be honest, it was almost the best sushi in Toronto, so fresh and creamy. Extra thanks to the friendly staff

I live nearby, and have ordered from here >15 times. The food is always fresh and delicious, they have not missed ONE time. Miso soup is ALWAYS still hot. The staff are polite, the food is prepared quickly, prices are fair!

Stopped in for a late lunch and despite the place being empty the sushi was very fresh and tasty! Kind service will come back

$17.99 AYCE sushi, quality was pretty good, inside was really nice, great music. Still behind the times with the old paper ordering method instead of iPads. Service was very fast.

Place doesn’t seem ready for customers. Had to hunt down people for every step of there process- from getting water to ordering food. Got packets for soy sauce and bottles for water. Food was decent but rice was too sweet

Sushi itself is pretty decent, just dont try ordering using FOD. Restaurant will always claim to be too busy to make your order. However if you try with Uber cost more 5 seconds later, they'll make your order. So they'll lie to FOD customers which is pretty annoying.

Went for dinner and ordered the AYCE. Upon arrival, the sushi was well presented but at a closure look it was mostly rice and sloppy assembling. We ordered a salmon handroll and it only contained a small piece of salmon and a large portion of rice. Seaweed wrap's tasted stale and were chewy, however their eel was fresh and tasted the best. The salmon rose's were sad, they contained a large ball of rice and 1 piece of salmon that didn't fit the whole way around. We really did enjoy the variety of items on the menu though. Overall, we found the price of $27 each for dinner to be too expensive for the quality.

Trust me, I ordered at least 6 times from them, do not listen to those people who wrote negative reviews. Ginger restaurant is always fast, but this place is even faster than Ginger. At lunch time I ordered through Uber Eats, then put down my phone, wiped my table, and my order is ready to pickup! Some DT customers are really nasty, writing bad reviews and trying to get discount or even free service.
