Usman is a very professional and approachable personal trainer. In my search for a PT whose views on health and fitness is aligned with mine and who can help me become fitter and stronger, usman helped me achieved my goals which exceeded beyond my expectations. He is very knowledgeable on his craft and adjusts plan according to your needs. His studio is well equipped and has a pleasant vibe. My training sessions were overall enjoyable. The classes were fun too. Health is an investment and having a PT like usman who has got a passion for health and fitness will help anyone regardless of one’s goals. I can’t recommend them enough. I really like working out at this gym because it's close to home and private; you can go anytime 24/7 with a code that gets you in. I train hard, do a set about every 40 seconds so nights are the best for me so I can move from one exercise to the next without waiting for open equipment.
