Ultimate Fitness

I go to this gym a couple nights out of the week. It's pretty laid back and run by some pretty cool guys. I like that I don't have to wait to use any equipment and there are no kids or teenagers messing around.

I signed up and paid for a special offer 16 week program named Weight Loss Challenge. I was informed by sales rep Monique that 16 weeks was the extent of my obligation. At the end of the 16 weeks, I reminded them that I was finished. Now, with no warning whatsoever, Ultimate Fitness has billed me $477, supposedly the balance due on a 2 year contract. What's worse, with no phone calls, letter, e-mail or statement, they've me over to collection. Owner Chad will not see me, nor will he take or return phone calls. I have filed a complaint against Ultimate Fitness with The Better Business Bureau and The Idaho Attorney General. My complaint is for fraud, deceptive advertising, deceptive billing practices, deceptive sales practices and deceptive pricing. There are many honest fitness centers in Coeur d'Alene, my suggestion is to avoid Ultimate Fitness at all cost.
