I have been a member of CFCDA for over 4 years now and have hit gyms all across the country, I can honestly say the coaching/programing is second to none. Whether you are dropping in or looking for a box to join, you will be welcomed with open arms by all. Great for athletes of all skill levels.

Crossfit Coeur d'Alene has absolutely revolutionized my mindset towards working out. I can't believe how much I look forward to going to the gym. 
I cannot say enough about how much I like this place. 
The friendly, knowledgeable coaches; the skillfully-planned, horrible-awesome WODs, the excitement, encouragement, and competition among all the members, the results and improvement I've experienced ...
