Uptown Exchange

Been here twice, they have a decent selection and seem friendly, however knocking one star off because one of the workers swears like a sailor. Now it doesn't offend me personally at all but it's just not professional. I would give it a pass normally but both times I've gone (once with my younger daughter) the same employee has dropped multiple F bombs, it's just not professional. Again the store is nice, the people seem fine but lol you gotta work on the language a bit.

I believe they have a very fine selection of items here. The staff is very nice and I would recommend coming here for the used goods you need!

This is not Kathleen. This is her dad (Steve Silverston). Today (Jan. 5th), I was in Uptown Exchange with my 7 year old son Jae. Jae loves coins, and he was extremely excited to share his love of coins with the Uptown Exchange employees. Greg was extremely patient, kind, and helpful. He taught Jae lessons that will ultimately add to Jae's love of coins! Thanks Greg!

When your buying things they sell you items for a good price. But when you try to sell items. They give you next to nothing. Guy flat out told me he would buy my stereo system for $10 and sell it for $60. And im not even going to get into the rest of the low ballin. But like i said, you can buy for cheap. Not a huge selection of items but they are clean and organized. Also friendly

I took my engagement ring there to be fitted. They had it over a month so I didn't have my actual ring for my wedding or pictures! They later admitted they LOST it and that's what took so long. My friend also took her ring there to be cleaned and they LOST a diamond out of it... they replaced the diamond (didn't put it in the ring) but no word yet on if their diamond was even real or not.
