Have to say that Pat made the stress of buying a used vehicle one of the easiest experiences ever. My parents recently bought a car from him and when the time came for myself to get one, there wasn't a debate about where to go.Pat is honest, upfront and makes sure everything is perfect.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Pat! My dad is 92 living in a care facility and finally agreed to let me sell his car. Pat was the only one who would go look at the car. He was very responsive and communicated throughout the process. With my dad in the facility and with health issues Pat went the extra mile, coming up in person, delivering the bank draft, even taking the plates in and arranging with an insurance company to contact me for the refund as I live in Alberta. Above and beyond…what a great experience.

Pat was so professional and went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. The only day we could see the vehicle was on his day off and he said no problem. Also, he went above and beyond by making sure that the car was checked out by a mechanic and got him to changed the oil and sparkplugs. And in doing that, we had to stay over night in Naniamo. And Pat, being a super nice guy, said he'd pay for us to stay at the Bastion hotel. What a great experience. Highly recommend dealing with Pat.
