Owner was nice but room had no AC and it was hot in our room.  Ice machine was almost empty every time we tried to fill our small cooler.  Good location though and restaurant and bar on premises a plus

Agree with many posts that the owner/manager is a great guy. Rooms are large with a nice living room area with couches and a fireplace. On a down note there is no wifi in the rooms and cell phone service is not great with Verizon. Wifi does work in the large common area but that to was a bit sketchy at times. Overall a nice stay at the lodge.

Great grub and grog in a cozy Vermont lodge.  If you're staying over, the rooms are very modest, but clean, comfortable and spacious. The inn keeping staff is very congenial.

Decent for winter stays, but not for summer. Zero AC, shower had no cold water and only scalding temps, there was no fan.
