First visit they could not find the car on the lot, was told I’d be called when it came back.nnGot called to come view and test drive the car and the pictures show the condition it was presented to me. I told them clearly I can’t make a decision when the car is this dirty never seen a dealership present a car in this condition asked the rep to call me once they cleaned it. 6 days later no call so I’ve decided to share this experiencennJoe presented the car like this and clearly seemed nothing wrong with the way it was shown

He also made sure to keep me updated on my purchase and asked if I had any questions or concerns regarding my new 2024 4Runner. Adam was also great and friendly throughout the process and made the transaction simple. Finally, Christina did an incredible job during delivery day. She assisted me and helped me learn more about my new car. She put my mind at ease throughout the delivery process, and made it an easy and smooth procedure.
