Tasif was amazing and very patient, which resulted in us making our purchase. He was great with the whole family and answered all of our questions. We did not feel rushed, and it made us comfortable. He even made a suggestion that was best for our family, and we are so happy we listened, as we are now enjoying our Honda Odyssey. Ask for him, and he will take care of you.
Thank you Brian Pelletier for making this Honda experience a great one! I was a little nervous at first as I said goodbyes to the 2005 honda civic...Brian did an excellent job to help with all my needs and made sure I had a shuttle for me to use till the car was ready till it was all set for pickup this Monday. He did a great job showing me all the features and explaining all the paper work! He made it painless and stress free! I will definitely be sending friends and family to Sterling Honda! Also thank you to Finanave and sales office huge thanks for making it stress free! As well as the staff there all great and very professional and friendly!
A few weeks ago, I went to replace battery.nI took the appointment but they took 1.5 hr to replace battery.nnI noticed within 1 hr 15 minutes they in n out two time so I thought they replaced battery but when I asked service advisor “ Imran” and he said he doesn’t know. So he ask to mechanic and then they took back my car again in shop. I was frustrated because I waited 1 hr 15 minutes and they didn’t job.nWhen I asked to sevice adviser he didn’t like and replied me that that’s was normal time 1.5 hr to replace batterynnIf I would go to local mechanic then they take 15 minutes and charge $20 but I went to HONDA dealer but spend more time and money they charged $50. Also I took Costco battery so after installed service adviser didn’t advised me that battery size was small in compare to original that they removed see how they installed battery. It’s Honda certified mechanic responsibility to inform customer that whatever parts or any other item like my battery not properly fit but they didn’t told me that. I was unhappy with that.nnThis dealer ship is closed to place where I live that’s why I generally go there but now seems like I have to go Image or Halton Honda.nnAt the end that service adviser didn’t say good by or have a good day.nnAlso in past they gave me quote to replace break pads and rotter $300 high in compare to Image and Halton Honda. So if planning to replace any parts then make sure you verify price with other dealer.
After bringing my vehicle in for recall appointment. Sterling Honda quoted approx $3000 dollars worth of additional work. I opted to get the work done not at the dealership to save a substantial amount of money. They did not provide part numbers on the invoice quote.nWell getting in contact with someone from the dealership to just get a part number was a nightmare. I left a voicemail message with their service manager and did not get a response at all. I had to call back and the switchboard operator said oh I'll just connect you with the parts department.... like you could've done that when I first called several hours beforehand. Upon transferring me to parts they just disconnected me. I had to call back again and finally got transferred to parts where a very rude individual gave me the required part numbers for the repairs and then quickly hung up on me without saying anything else.nnThe auto shop I ended up using for the repairs called me to say that Honda was doing their very best to not be forthcoming with information regarding the parts required.nnSo basically if you don't get repairs done by sterling they will do everything in their power to waste your time.nnShame on you Sterling Honda. For someone who's family has purchased multiple vehicles from you should have the right to better customer service when it comes to where they want to get repairs done.nnNever again will I bring my families business to you. If I could rate them zero I would.
My husband and I just purchased our car through Sterling Honda Hamilton. The staff there are very professional and reassuring which made us feel comfortable knowing we made the right decision with our purchase. Allan our dealer was very knowledgeable and Shabbir in the financial services was very organized with our paperwork. Thank you to the both of you!!! We are loving our new car!
