I called for some information concerning a mentally ill family member and they couldn't even advise me. They kept telling me to call the hospital in my sector and I repeated to them that they aren't doing anything to help. They said that's how it is and I need to be OK with that. Not even a pinch of advice..... they really don't care.

Probablement le pire endroit sur l'ile de Montreal en santé mentale. Le personnel est nul et bête, arrogant, impatient, intolérant. J'ai tenté d'avoir des services pour mon épouse suite à sa 2e tentatives de suicide en 3 mois et j'ai été traité comme une ordure. Je ne laiserais JAMAIS mon épouse entre leurs mains... je n'y laisserais même pas un chien!

j'ai accompagné une amie au urgence récemment, malgré le temps d'attente interminable, du au fait qu'il ny a les ressource pour qu'un seul psychiatre pour les urgence ET les résidents temporaires. Mon amie à été nourris pendant l'attente, les intervenant on été charmant et professionnelle avec elle durant l'attente, très attentif à tout ses besoins...c'est déja pas un endroit chouette à visiter pour personne....mais il font de leur mieux pour que se soit vivable...merci
