Nena altered my wedding dress and did the most amazing job!! She had to hand pick off a lot of lace to do the alterations and she did it so well!! I absolutly LOVE my dress and it was not an easy job. 110% recommend universal!
The owner has great prices for outstanding work. Very friendly and welcoming staff, the staff is helpful and will tell you what is worth altering and what is not. They care about the customer!
