the owner did absolutely unbelievable job at improvisation when he put on thumb grips to the back of my shoes. was so happy and charge cheap price done in one day right on time. Highly recommend!
Brought two pairs of Allen Edmonds to Carlos. One pair needed a new heel. The other pair was fairly new but the sole was delaminating from the heel. He was able to fix them perfectly. Also had him install new Vibram sole protectors. Quick turnaround, friendly service, fair price.
Did a great job of putting new soles on my boots
