I have been using this location for years. There are closer dry cleaners in my neighborhood but I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to get the quality and service that I am now used to. Very hard working people, they deserve your patronage!Services: Alterations
Friendly staff, always asks how I’m doing and remembers my name. Went there to get the stain off my silk cocktail dress and although they couldn’t, the lady there gave me options to make it look better. Even though other dry cleaners refused to even take the dress in. Prices are reasonable compared to other places and they even gave me half price for the dress.
I gave them a genuine suede goat skirt, and asked for it to be dry cleaned. The lady at the front desk looked at the washing instructions and told me she could clean it. Before this, the skirt had never been washed, was gently worn, and extremely soft. I received the skirt back and it felt very rough, there was dark spots near the stitching, it looked like it was burnt, and the skirt had a "stretched out" appearance. Very disappointed with the service I received, the staff ensured me they could clean this skirt and I trusted them. Will never return and I will mention to my friends and family to avoid this place.
Terrible quality and awful customer service. I paid $40.00 to have a pair of curtains hemmed. I requested that they be hemmed to 92" and they came back 2 different lengths 1" difference in length. I took the curtains back to be fixed and they came back 2 different lengths again and both shorter than 92", and one of the panels had a snag on it that had not been there when we took the curtains in. I requested a refund because the curtains are ruined. They are both too short, two different lengths and one has a snag. The owner refused a refund or to take any responsibility for this. He said that he would ask the seamstress to add on fabric to the bottom of the curtain this would look terrible and if that didn't work he would give us $20.00 back. So disappointed and frustrated with their service. I will never go back.
I went here to get some pants hemmed. I think they are primarily about dry cleaning - not somewhere you want to go for alterations. The guy barely spoke English. He wanted to hem my pants without me trying them on and him adjusting to the proper length. He mumbled at me and pointed vaguely before running to his dry-cleaning. Apparently that meant that's where I should go to get changed. The area was teeny tiny and extremely cluttered. When he started a super short length I totally lost faith in him and decided to take my business somewhere else. He was impatient, spoke incoherently, and was totally uninterested in my business.
Always friendly. Always good quality. Always remembers us. Even Made repairs to one item at no extra charge. If I could give more stars I would. Charles mom
