Because I went in the one in mont tremblant and the young lady help me with the toutou for my daughter but her manager was always after to tell what to do ok I do understand she might be at the beginning but don’t be so rude with your employee when they do them best to help customers That’s why I have only 4 stars
Very cute concept. I like the fact that they offer a special every month for a stuffed animal. Great experience for children. Staff are very dedicated and helpful. Will be definitely going back with my nephew
Be carefull about the plush you choose, some of the sewing is of poor quality. Lost a wing a week after the birthday and we had a bit of difficulty to get it replaced. Other than that the kids loved the experience. They blamed us for the lost wing.
Clerk didn't even bother explaining the process to our children. She was borderline mean and spoke no English. Was not engaging at all which is not what we saw her do the day before.
Good concept but underwhelmed at the store size and decoration. Very expensive for such a small item with option the price go up pretty fast it the kind of thing you do once for the kid ....
