I was looking for some lunch and then i stopped by this store. They have really good choice of all kind of social boards game. It is like beautiful place to stop and choose some games for whole family, included they good classic like code breaker or rummikub.

Last week I bought a chess/checkers game and one of the pieces are missing. I had to use one of the checkers pieces in order to play. Box indicates that there should be 32 deluxe clear and frosted chess pieces however we only got 31…I’m not sure how such a mistake can occur even with a game as simple as chess! EDIT: the situation was very easy to fix, it just took a while for them to retrieve the receipt to make sure it matched with ours. I now give 3 stars…staff act a little too friendly and made me feel awkward.

This was my go to game place and I spend a couple hundred dollars here the past few months to help me get through the pandemic. However, after having an issue with the 7 day return policy, I will not be coming back and will be switching to a place with a better policy. I purchased a metal figurine which you have to put together by hand. The one I bought was discoloured and not painted properly. I had my receipt from ONE day before and photographic evidence of the defect. They weren't interested in seeing either They also said something about "people could try out a game and try to return it" which is not even possible with the metal figurine as you need to separate and bend parts and that would have been evident if I had tried. They said they could not refund and asked me to stay in the store while they get another one from another store which would take almost an hour. I had already spent transport fees coming and enough time talking with them and was not able to stay so they refused to do anything. I just wanted my money back for a faulty product and they refused and I hope they review their policy. Please be VERY wary of their policy before purchasing. I'll upload the photos here since they weren't interested in seeing it. This piece is supposed to be all black but there were very clear big scratches on it that made them silver. One positive: I will at least say to the clerks who were very eager to help me with questions about the games from the day before, that their service was excellent and they were very knowledgable. I just wish they had a better policy.

The store is great. The employees are great. There's tons of stock for a bunch of different things. A lot of board games, d&d equipment, magic The gathering stuff. It's a great place to buy toys or collectibles

A wide variety of board games and other toys. I really enjoyed the display here, there is an animal section, which I loved dearly. They have a selection of animal figures that are not that common, and some may not be found, even in a zoo. This store is hard to resist, and I always walk purchasing at least one item!

Lots of good tabletop games, not just the boring classics like monopoly, risk, charades, etc. Also have a decent amount of toys the kids would like to get their hands on.

Customer service is amazing, very knowledgeable staff, very patient and welcoming for new and old fans of boardgames

Amazing service and wide selection of games for all ages

Went in not knowing what to buy and left with the perfect game. All the employees seem to be extremely knowledgeable about the products and are happy to take the time to explain any game to you so you feel comfortable choosing something you/the-recipient will like. Tons of inventory but they do lack retro games and seem to mainly stock new and trending games.
