in last three years usps melrose delivered our mail to neighbors ( we know of). 1st time passport, 2nd time my work permit and now my green card interview letter. Luckily we were able to trace all 3 times by knocking on doors, putting flyers and one time neighbor contacted us. The worst part is all the government work is done via USPS and both parties are worst.

never had any issues with them in over 15years living in Melrose, dont like our post office go somewhere else.

Lines can be a little long, but service is friendly.

They are very rude.. Their customer services is really poor. It looks like they don't have any managers.
