Their mailman- The one with tattoos everywhere? Extremely RUDE. He'd put other peoples mail who previously lived here in the box. I would write return to sender, and put it back into outgoing. I made a point to place a paper inside my box with the acceptable last names on it, and a tiny note on a post it asking him to not place any other names in our box. Does it anyway and if I stick the mail that's not ours in outgoing- He puts it right back in our mail slot! I called the post office to talk to a supervisor about it and he said he would take care of the issue. Nothing has resolved.

Needed to apply for a passport for my 1 year old. Called in the morning to confirm hours passport hours 10-2pm. Arrived at 1:45pm with my two kids and just needed to submit the application and pay. We were immediately told they weren't taking any more applications for the day. Seriously? Even after explaining that we confirmed hours in the morning and that it was hard to make time for both husband and I to be present because of his work schedule, they refused to accept the application. And please note on the website it says passport acceptance hours 10-2:30pm. Super super frustrating.
