I have been a patron of this post office for 30 years and have always received great service until today. The 'supervisor' Ms Teri R. had no interest and was completely incompetent in helping me locate my lost package. She said she couldn't find it in their system despite the fact I gave her my original receipts with the tracking numbers and a print out of the tracking status from the USPS website. The package is in a postal facility in Atlanta and she said she has no way to call or contact them. Really? We deserve better service than that!

EVERY time I’m expecting a package they REFUSE to leave it in our extra large mailbox or drive up the driveway to where I work from home and am home EVERY day. I have to make NUMEROUS trips to the post office to pick up small packages. However, it’s the government so of course they have a license to provide crappy service. They simply refuse to drive up and deliver my packages. Ridiculous

Absolutely horribe, I cannot count how many times they have screwed up delivery. Delivered my packages to my neighbors.. check, put packages in the lock box and not locking the box... check, having 2 packages to deliver and delivering 1, with the other “unable to deliver”... how can you deliver one and not the other?! And that’s all just this week!

Location is out-of-date. Needs to be bigger with more parking and better ventilation (I don't like to smell other people).

Literally drove right past my work, and failed to deliver my package. Completely unprofessional.
