The people here are always giving my mom hassles.  Flat rate envelopes should be, "If it fits, it ships." Not here.  I have had no issues at any post office that I have run my business.  I have lived in New Baltimore, MI; Warren, MI; Covington, KY; and Bay City, MI.  They all like the extra income that I bring into the area.  They need a change in staff here.
