I've called for days and been on hold for more then 50 min. I have had a certified letter supposedly delivered to my house twice but I don't have a driver's license so it's impossible for me to go anywhere and I've been here every day with my front door open and outside doing yard work they never came and delivered my letter twice they said. Now there going to send it back to sender. And the sorry we missed you note was in my mail box not my door. They never came to my house, I even watched the mail man go to my Neighbor's house that has to get her mail delivered to her front door cuse she old.

The carrier constantly skips our mailbox(we know because it's a neighborhood box so there should be mail every day and we constantly get deliveries that include previous days mail even though we constantly check the box even after 6pm), and on 8/2/17 lied and said they couldn't deliver a package due to "animal interference" to a locked neighborhood mailbox that is in an area where there's no loose pets or animals to interfere and even if they tried porch delivery we didn't hear them and all we have is an indoor cat. I've called the post office to complain about previous incidents but was only met by an extremely RUDE employee who just kept insisting that the actual office has no connection to the carriers. WHERE ARE THE CARRIERS GETTING AND TAKING MAIL?! The website for usps is awful and I haven't been able to file an email complaint because it won't let us but please, get us a carrier that actually delivers our mail and doesn't lie about package delivery!!!

Additional parking is around the side. The staff here is fast, friendly, and they've yet to lose any of our packages. Love our mail delivery lady too.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff, very difficult to talk to and get information and treat you like a criminal. I have never had so many issues with a post office.
