It was a very speedy process. Everyone was so cooperative, and our entire process was done in around 40 minutes. Try to reach the place as early as possible and don't worry if you have a small bag or electronic devices.. they will store it for you safely. But try to take as little things as possible. Overall, I am very happy with the experience.

I went to US consulate on Monday morning. It was a very systematic and secured process. First the security guard checked if I had all the documents and I didn’t carry anything hazardous. The. There were 2 ladies who checked all my documents and pinned them together. Then I went through security check where they check every minute details. I had to take off my coat and shoes. Then we were took to another officer in a queue. She asked me about my employment status. Then they took my fingerprints. Then comes the real interview. They asked my basic questions like when did I move to Canada, whom do I live with but for others they asked a lot of questions like about thier work status, work profile, what does a day look like, how much they make, how did they get this job. So it was an easy and smooth process. Don’t be scared.

The experience of security & screening is not good very long queues to submit your mobile’s & belongings ....they garbage my vape & cig lighter too, but after that it takes only 20mins to complete fingerprints & interview.

Extremely impressed and happy with the efficiency of the work they did here. Every employee made sure our process is the smoothest at all possible stages. The securities explained all basic rules very clearly and all other staff helping in getting our documents organised and ready. It might be a good idea to find and have parking spots ready in mind.nThe Arts Common public parking is where I parked and had like a 3 min 250m walk to the building!nAlso try to carry only documents required and only essential electronics as it would help in the security screening process. But overall great experience and very happy with the service!

Very organized and parking available a block or so away. Come early and understand area. No bags allowed. Phones are kept off.
