I had liked this shop but was recently very disappointed. I had bought a silver bracelet this spring that was an original creation of Doug's. It had pulled away at the clasp. They wanted to charge me $60 to repair the bracelet. I paid less than that for the bracelet to begin with. I feel it was faulty workmanship but they would not stand behind their product. I will no longer be shopping there and I do not recommend this shop to anyone else. I believe that a company should stand behind the quality of their workmanship.

Thank you, UniQ, for always treating me kindly, even with small battery replacements and jewelry repair. Your customer service and friendliness make me come back time and time again. The prices and turn around time have been great. Hopefully there will be a jewelry purchase of something beautiful soon!
