Union Station in Toronto is undoubtedly a bustling hub, reflecting the city's vibrant energy. We visited the station to catch a train to Niagara Falls. The station offers a range of amenities, including a food court with diverse dining options, charging stations for your devices, and well-maintained washrooms.nnI want to commend the staff working at Union Station, especially those in customer service. They were exceptionally helpful and carried out their duties with great professionalism. They answered our questions thoroughly and with patience, ensuring we had all the information we needed without making us feel rushed. Their dedication to excellent service greatly enhanced our experience at the station.
Fantastic transit system, Union is a perfect hub. Easy information accessible, spacious, easy link to TTC subway bus and street car with presto pass card. I travel with a ESA beagle. Trains are clean, with bathroom, wifi, usb and 120v for charging. Bicycles can come on trains. Ample seating. Easy tap on tap off abilities. I absolutely love using go transit to travel from Barrie to anywhere I can get in southern Ontario. Union Station is always perfect shops restaurants, cannabis, dispensaries, convenience, stores plus your hub to TTC, via rail, and union Pearson Train line. Driving just doesn’t make sense anymore.
Station for GoTrains, ViaRail, GoBuses and TTC trains. It is well maintained and clean, lots of signs and if on pauses to read and follow the directions you can very easily find your way to the correct platforms and entrances or exits. Plenty of tv screens inside updating regularly on upcoming train schedules and on which platforms they will appear.nLots of seating available inside while waiting, and there are frer water fountains available if you would like to refill your water bottle. Take-away restaurants available inside the station, as well as plenty of washrooms. The washrooms are modern and clean.nWith the TTC trains and various buses, there are many ways to get to various parts of Toronto without needing to use Uber or walk too far. Union Station is roughly 10minutes walk away away from Jack layton Ferry, and 15minutes walk away from Rogers Center and CN Tower - although you could alternatively use a Bus from Union Station and just hop off at one of the many stops closest to your destination if you do not want to walk too far.
One of the best. Easy to navigate and connects you to the road TTC as well as underground subway efficiently and easily. The food court and other convenient stores are in the hallway so if you want something like a sunscreen even at 7:30 am you can buy it from the store.
Superb connectivity. Awesome speed and travel are truly comfortable. Weekend Niagara trains are a delight to travelers. UP express is also great, which ends at the pearson airport terminal. It also houses a huge food court, several coffee shops, and is well connected with the TTC subway, streetcars, and buses as well. Union station is 'the happening place' in Toronto. Superbly built Union Go is a boon for Toronto.
