Well maintained station. Staff were very helpful to ensure that customers were able to access their information to reach their destination. Always bustling with people from all walks of life.

It's a bit of a mystery how one navigates which gate for departures or arrivals - I found the train doesn't always follow what is designated on the board. An important note * if you need accessibility for getting on or off the trains, ask an employee once you get to the GO Train area - you may have to go back out and down the elevator to the York area. It's pretty confusing. Give yourself lots of extra time to find out where you're supposed to be. The trains themselves are comfy and spacious and most have washrooms.

I took the UP Express from Pearson Airport to Union. Buying the ticket was easy and reasonable. Train was on time and comfortable. It's a very quick ride downtown. It is easy to find your way back in Union Station to return. Very smooth and convenient

Union Station in Toronto is undoubtedly a bustling hub, reflecting the city's vibrant energy. We visited the station to catch a train to Niagara Falls.
