Downsview Park TTC Subway Station

This is a handy option if you’re heading from Barrie to anywhere on the subway lines in Toronto. If you jump off at Downsview Park, it’s a free transfer onto the TTC subway with presto. And dramatically cut down the ride cost rather than riding all the way to union. I don’t have any photos. It’s pretty basic station.

This is a neat Go Station - TTC Subway transfer hub. From the Barrie Line Go Train, walk to the middle of the platform to the stairway and follow the signs to TTC subway. When you get to the station tell the TTC Collector you're a GO customer and show your PRESTO card or paper ticket; you'll be able to enter the station without paying an additional TTC fare.nnThis allows the riders to switch from the Barrie Go Train southbound, get onto the TTC at Downsview Park TTC station Sheppard Avenue West, just east of Keele Street, and arrive in the middle of the city using the TTC. Example, to get off at St George Station and head Eastbound or Westbound along Bloor Subway line.

Great modern TTC station, wish they regularly had at least one live person attending to people that may have issues with payment going through or explain that if you got off the bus and didn't take physical paper transfer you will not have to pay twice.

Handsdown the most convenient station ! Clean, superb...GO bus station located too
