Pizza was pretty decent! I felt the scallion was the highlight. Perfect mixture of Italian and Japanese/Asian flavors. Chopped Wedge was bigger than we thought! We added chicken in that, the chicken was tender and juicy. Worth it!
Great place to grab dinner before a show. The octopus and potatoes were tender and delicious. Really enjoyed the jalepeno, pineapple and bacon pizza. Quick service and nice vibe!
Union has been a family favorite for years! The food is consistently delicious and they have great cocktails. I tried the matcha one this past time- it was so refreshing. The kale salad was the best part of the meal! And we always love the calamari and any of the pizzas.
Love the shrimp/bacon pizza! The environment is excellent and the food is wonderful. Service is also nice.Food: 5/5
For us a night out for dinner and drinks doesn't have our table so close to others tables that I feel we are all eating together. Cocktails were good, did not enjoy the caponata, it was missing the brine bite but the toast with it was nice. Wrapped dates were good. We got a pizza, edge was burnt black on one side but bottom had no color and slices were limp? We may try them again on a less crowded night. Our server was great but super busy.
It was a decent pizza place. The food was good, but it took a long time for the food to come... so the pizza was little cold. And they forgot one of the pizzas we ordered. Not sure it is worth me to go back there again
Always love coming here. Decent pizzas and entrees, and the mussels are to die for. Perfect spot for a bite and a beer before a show at Space.
I always associate this place with concerts but it's quite possible to go there simply to eat. I know, sounds weird, but that was my association with it. They do have musical acts but you can stop by for some pizza... And it was pretty tasty.Food: 5/5
Fun story about this venue. My brother was in town a bunch of years ago when we ended up over at space because it was within walking distance to my house. We had a couple of drinks and wandered into the back room to here whoever was playing that. Written on the chalkboard was John Oates. Who the heck is that? Pay no attention to it then when he came out on stage and started singing Hall & Oates songs we grew up on the 80s it blew our collective minds! Goodtimes :-
Honestly probably the funnest vibe in evanston! I’ll be back with a group forsure
