Union Burger

So good! Hot, delicious and fast. Budget friendly. This place is great. Only complaint is I want the cheese in my poutine in the middle AND on top so it’s all melted and amazing. A great spot for a quick lunch. Popping at Happy Hour!

I've only had the quarter pound burger/fries/pop combo but its really good! The price is right too! Soft serve ice cream is really good as well. You can have your ice cream dipped in chocolate as well - yum!! Really friendly service, clean cut cooks in the back working in a clean open kitchen. This place is great! Its my new favorite spot in St Thomas!

The burgers here are great! The fries help round out a delicious meal. Staff are friendly and service is quick. They do serve alcohol and beer is available right at the counter. Picnic tables make it a somewhat unique indoor dining experience!

My little guy loved that a Gluten free burger AND bun were offered. He couldn't eat the fries as they are cooked in the same fryer as gluten products but he didn't care. Also, the restaurant offered a Ceaser salad when they found out he couldn't have the fries. We passed on that as he's 5 years old. Excellent customer service in my opinion.

I stoped in for lunch on Thursday July 26th with a coworker during our 30min break. We both had never been so figured we would try it. I ordered a chicken burger combo, which for the price $13.27 I assumed would be delicious! Not only did I wait over 15 minutes from the time of ordering to getting me food, I found the chicken was not fully cooked and I ended up throwing it out as I didn't have any more time to wait. The fries were decent, but I could have gone to McDonald's and purchased a better tasting chicken sandwich hands down. The service was TERRIBLE. The girls at the counter were not friendly, and one staff member, wearing glasses and a black long sleeve shirt under her white top, I witnessed scratch at her face, hair and nose a number of times and not wash her hands once! She then proceeded to hand out food to customers. The staff was also on their cell phone with their back to the counter leaning while I and others waiting for their meal. I'm not sure if it's a lack of management at this location, or just poor training. I've worked in food services over 10 years and this was one of my worst experiences. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to any of my friends or family.

When I first learned Union was coming to St.Thomas, I was excited for this small town of 40,000. After receiving the flyer in the mail, me and my wife decided to give it a go and try their. 4.99 meal opening special. Here is our overall.perspective of our experience. Ordering They were busy, but we were content with the 10-minute wait. Atmosphere Vibrant and lively, not enough seating and music a little bit to loud. Waiting for the food I understand it was a busy day, however 30-minutes is to long to wait for a hamburger order. The hamburger Thefries was the best part of the meal, and the coke tasted more like water. The hamburger was thinner than advertised, dried up and chewy. Overall We won't be making any trip to Union Burger any time soon and we.certainly not recommend this venue to others as well.

Reasonably priced menu, but nothing overly special in terms of taste. Not really sure what they're going for as food takes too long to be considered take-out, but the dining area doesn't really scream eat-in. Feels like a sub-par attempt at being a Five Guys that serves beer.

Oh my goodness, their burgers are delicious! The hand-cut fries are great, too! We had to wait a few minutes, which wasn't too bad, considering how busy it was when we were there.

One of my favourite burger places in the world, also the 2ed best burger I've had in my life. 1st was an American burger place in Detroit, though these burgers are amazing. I'm going back sometime soon I'm from another city

My husband, daughter and I have been 3 times now and have enjoyed it every single time! There is one girl that works the customer side of the kitchen window that looks like she might rip someone's face off but the service and food have always been incredible. Great addition to St. Thomas!
