St. Thomas Roadhouse Bar and Grill

A group of us found ourselves in the area without a place to eat. Google sent us to the St.Thomas Roadhouse and are we ever glad it did. It was later on a Saturday night and it wasn't too busy so we easily got a table for 6. Half priced apps were a total surprise so we ordered some to share and got a variety of mains. The Texas beef brisket sandwich was amazing on an onion bun, the Won Ton nachos were the best I've ever had! The garlic bread with cheese had herbs and it was so flavourful. I highly recommend the wings too...good flavours to choose from and they are big! Everything was really good. The only negative was the gravy which was very thin and so similar to au jus that came with the sandwich it felt like a waste of money. We didn't end up using it. I also got charged .99 for a side of horseradish which seemed excessive for a tiny portion. But you take the good with the bad and the good way outweighed the minor issues. Good service too!

The last few times my friend and I had lunch the food was sub par and now we refuse to go back. Very unfortunate that it is hit and miss depending on who is cooking that day. On October 13th my gf had a nacho salad and the beef looked so dried out and hard it wasn't fit to eat.

Tonight we had a very sweet server in training. However, I do fear that her trainer, could use some extra training himself. I ordered an avocado wrap and my husband ordered a prime melt. He was very satisfied with his meal but my avocado was not ripe and was hard to chew. They offered to replace it with something else, which they did, but then they never returned to our table after that. Our empty appetizer dishes sat there the whole time, we ran out of beverages and no one ever came back to ask if we needed a refill. My husband loved his meal so much he was done by the time I got mine so I ate by myself as he watched... It wasn't a very good experience and there was no financial compensation whatsoever. I was willing to pay the whole bill but I felt it necessary to mention that this was a very bad experience and some concessions should have been made. He was kind enough to give us 50 percent off of our appetizer but we only ordered 15 minutes before the appetizer deal started anyway. I think there are a lot of restaurants out there willing to go the extra mile and give great customer service. St. Thomas Roadhouse is not one of them and with only average food quality they can't afford not to.

We went to St.Thomas Roadhouse last night for a birthday dinner. As per the usual we were blown away by the quality of the food, the AMAZING service we had Matt last night. He was great, and even went out of his way and took a picture of our little family in front of their spooky skeleton! Also, the staff was above and beyond and came over and said happy birthday when we finished singing a little happy birthday with a cupcake and candle we brought. This is hands down THE best restaurant in town for the atmosphere, the service and quality of food! We eat here often and I have yet to be let down. Good for families, nights out with friends, dates etc.! They have vegetarian options, and gluten free menus as well which is a very nice asset to those who need them. I HIGHLY recommend eating here, absolutely a 10/10!

We ordered Buffalo Chicken quesadilla, Cheese Pasta and Tex Mex fries. Food was really good and so was the service.

Our regular favorite spot for dinner. We took my mother to St Thomas Road House for her 90th birthday dinner. They knocked it out of the park with delicious prime rib and rib dinners. Felicia our server was friendly and awesome! She organized a group of servers to sing her happy birthday and topped it off with a slice of cake ! The owner or manager came over as well to wish her happy birthday! We all enjoyed great food and great service. Great job St Thomas Road House!!!

Arrived for our reservation to be informed that the fans were not working. Rather then close down, They substituted items that could be cooked. The food was fabulous. Service was great! Ashley and kitchen staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and more.Food: 5/5

I've been to the roadhouse a few times but I usually order delivery because their food is sooooo yummy but because I don't drive, it's a better option for me. When I did go, the staff was so nice and I've never had a bad experience. I suggest this place whether it's a date night, family night, or you just want to go out and have some great food. Edit: I had to take a couple stars away. One for food and one for service and the reason why is because I ordered medium steak and got medium well and I also noticed the gravy is water thin. I also asked for some steak sauce and got nothing it was for delivery as well unfortunately but besides that, it was delicious as always Kid-friendliness: It is definitely a kid friendly restaurant as I've taken my child before. They do sell alcohol but because it's in a restaurant setting, things are calm and inviting plus they have great children's options. Parking: There are a couple spots to park in front of the restaurant but there is also more spots in the back, so we've never had a problem finding a parking space. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is all on the main floor which makes it wheelchair accessible and it's easy to maneuver inside.

Dropped a star tonight. Cold fries, cold gravy and a soggy "pita". Prime rib was good as always.

Have been to the St. Thomas Roadhouse a few times now and it is turning into a staple for us. The food has always been good. The burgers are delicious and have been impressed by the Prime Rib sandwiches. The staff has been accommodating and very friendly every time we’ve been. Matt has served us a couple of times now and has always been attentive, friendly and a pleasure to banter with.
