Went here after a night shift, I had a requisition from a doctor for BHCG level check but only had it in email as the Fertility clinic is in Ontario and I don't have access to a printer and no money. They turned me down saying they only accept paper now but make you wear a mask and sanitize still but only want a physical copy of the form wich i find ironic. Not everyone has access or money to get something printed. They wanted me to walk 5 blocks in a blizzard to get it printed and come back but I didn't have time as my sitter has another job. I'm a single mother and now I have to drag my toddler out in a blizzard to get 1 paper printed and drag her 20 minute walk outside to get my levels tested for my intended parents of my suragacy. All could have been avoided by accepting emailed forms.
I rarely give reviews, but I needed to write one for my experience this morning at Dynacare McPhilipps. I had Tasha as my phlebotomist today. She's very professional! That was the smoothest venipuncture I ever had! I had a few questions for her as I am currently studying phlebotomy and she answered them wholeheartedly! That was a very pleasant experience at Dynacare. Dynacare management should give Tasha a raise!
Worst experience I’ve ever had. They don’t send confirmation emails as it states they will. They don’t answer the phone for me to confirm the appointment. It makes no difference making an appointment or walking in as it’s first come first serve. Totally annoying experience. Over 1/2 wait
Fast service and awesome friendly staff walk in and appointment both are available at this location and there is waiting time not too long fast and enough staff so you don't need appointment just walking and done in 30 mins or less
the staff at this clinic are the most friendliest and nicest people you'll ever meet! i come here a lot for medical issues and they're always so kind and the bloodwork is always super quick! i always have a good experience at this clinic :
I booked appointment online on their website highly recommend for blood test. Was able to bypass the line up, waited only a few minutes, was called up and done right away. Very organized and friendly, at least with the people I dealt with
I had to do a fasting blood test so I arrived 15 minutes before opening. There was a lineup but not extremely long. When they opened someone came out and took our names and the line moved along pretty fast. I would say there were about 15 people ahead of me. Shirley was the name of the person who took my blood. Now my blood vessels are very hard to draw blood from, I mean really hard, once before a big surgery they had to put the intravenous in my foot. Well Shirley was professional, I did supply information on butterfly needle and the spot on the only arm they can take blood on. I was amazed how easy it went and was done quickly. I’ve had technicians who have had problems promoting me to sweat and fill I’ll while they try to catch a moving vein. I would go and hopefully have Shirley to draw my blood every time. I was out of there in 45 mins from the time I lined up and was out the door.
Fast and friendly service but impossible to talk to anyone over the phone if you have any questions
Had 9am appt booked online. Was delayed 10 minutes. Five waiting in appt lineup, 25 people lined up for walkin. Staff very busy, amazingly organized and respectable to clients.
Shirley is a great worker! At first they were having a hard time to draw blood from me, maybe because I have thin vein or maybe its hard for them to find it...I am so glad that Shirley took over and she was able to take the blood they needed. She did a good job. Highly recommended!
