Super weird. Just called this place, the woman answered by saying "hi, hold. Hold. Hold. Just hold. Hold. Be patient. Hold" then put me on hold. Super awkward and unprofessional
AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE RUDE WOMAN ON THE PHONE
There can be a bit of a wait even for a scheduled appointment but Dr. Elkhemri is amazing. So pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him and this clinic.
The wait times are so short here, never have been kept waiting for more than 10 minutes. Friendly doctors, always willing to listen. Blood work technicians are so skilled. Very underrated.
Had to wait almost 1 hour after my appointment time. Walked out would not reccomend this clinic. Bad service.
Visited this clinic for the first time on Saturday and had a great experience. Front office staff was friendly and the doctor was very thorough in his explanation. Would definitely recommend.
I was worried when I checked in with 5 patients ahead of me on a Saturday morning. Doctor was able to get through all 5 within 45min. Visit was thorough and quick, felt listened to and got the help I needed.
