Uncommon Grounds

The employees were real aggressive about people spacing out 6ft due to covid restrictions, which may make some uncomfortable, but made me feel good. Bacon egg and cheese bagel was top notch. If it wasn't out of my way, I'd go way more often

I had a caramel latte yesterday and I was not expecting it to be that good. I’ll have to return next time with my books because I miss the study environment I saw at the cafe. Socially distanced of course and staff wore masks.

My first time coming here the staff was pretty rude. When taking my order the girl was rude and then when handing me my bagel the girl literally just handed me the bag with an attitude and said not a word just literally handed me my bag. Get your staffs customers service skills together! Bagel was good though.

Great food and coffee drinks. Lots of order issues the first 2 times I went there. But third time was great!

Ordered an iced matcha latte and it was warm. Then I ordered a vanilla cold brew and it tasted like mocha. My salad was drenched in dressing. Just very horrible vibes here. I recommend the one in Saratoga Springs. They seem like amateurs and don’t know what they are doing. Period purrrrrr

Everytime I come here to do school work, I order a coffee and every time they mess up my coffee order. All I want is an iced caramel, extra caramel with cream. The one in Saratoga springs is way better.

I am very disappointed in the bagel selection. They no longer make the Pesto Bagels anymore. They were the only thing I liked.
