Starbucks

Tried the strawberry açaí lemonade, started alright. It’s Starbucks what else can I say. I also bought a cup for my friends birthday party. Anyways does anybody know do they get a discount if they bring their own cup?

I'm not usually one to complain but I purchased a flat white and it was burnt quite badly. I took it back and quietly apologized because I felt bad taking it back. The barista girl made another coffee but unfortunately it was burnt just as bad as the first one. I couldn't be bothered complaining again so I went to another Cafe next to Michael Hill Jeweller and paid for another coffee which tasted 100x better. I would recommend sending your barista for more training because you can't sell coffee that's not drinkable. I'm sorry to say this but that was probably the two worst coffees I've ever had in my life.

About a month ago I gave Starbucks Albany a 1-star rating with an honest comment on how disappointed I was with their poor ‘housekeeping’. Happy to now give them 4/5 stars with how tidy and clean their store is for the past few weeks! Don’t know if management took notice of the bad reviews, but glad I’ve lately been having the Starbucks experience I’ve always loved. Well done, team!

Always very busy. Not good place to stop for quick coffee. I'd recommend ordering, then go do jobs, come back in 20 mins. Delicious cold drinks.Food: 4/5

Such a bad customer service. I heard that a guy in the bar said "Smells like Chinese, smells like spring onion" and all the barista girls laughed with him. There were a lot of Asian customers having a coffee though. It was so shocking and a terrible experience... They even don't let customers know the coffees on the pick up bar. Even didn't ask names when my friend and I ordered. That's why they never called customers and don't care whoever picks it up. The iced coffees melted already when I was aware of that. As far as I know, Starbucks always ask customers names. And when I hung around to pick my coffee up all the 4 barista girls in the bar pretended not to see me. It wasn't busy at all. Not even asked us 'How can I help?' It was not attentive and professional. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Ordered a ice grande soy latte, seems like someone took a sip, just wondering grande iced coffee supposed to be like this less?

The wait times are ridiculous. Even if you order by mobile you can wait up to 30 minutes. It's the only store where the mobile ordering is coincidently off-line or not working multiple times a week. Do not waste your time going to this starbucks as you'll be waiting forever.

Send my kids to get a vanilla latte and Frappuccino … poor kids were waiting for more than 45min and were only told once they asked that someone might have taken it. Sorry Starbucks you can do better… guess you’ve lost a customer

Always super busy but their staff are friendly. Can take a little while compared to other starbucks stores due to how crowded they get, but they have plenty of comfy seating while you wait.

I like starbucks, but I hate the pumpkin spice frap and the pumpkin spice latte was even worse. they also spelt my name wrong and then drew on my sticker trying to fix their mistakes!! disappointed. not impressed at all starbucks!!
