If I could give 0 stars I would. Just incompetence. Impossible to make an appointment online, impossible to make an appointment over the phone. We show up and the reception team is completely lost. I requested deregistration in order to transfer my file to another family doctor. The day of my appointment, the new doctor calls me to tell me that once again, Claude-David has not unsubscribed so it is impossible to meet the new doctor. The health of our children does not deserve this level of neglect. Take charge of yourself, it's terrible.

For my personal experience, I really did not appreciate my pregnancy follow-up. First of all, the secretaries supposedly change your appointments at my 3 follow-up appointments at this clinic and this without notifying you. he says he left you voice messages that I claim I never received. As for the follow-up doctor, I have nothing to say, but in all and everywhere I saw him for 5-10 minutes per meeting since he works in collaboration with students. I have nothing against the principle though,nwhen each meeting is a different student it becomes awkward.
I do not recommend this clinic, I was really not satisfied with my pregnancy follow-up. They did not know how to answer my questions and did not take the necessary precautions for the smooth running of my pregnancy given my health condition... what's more, it's never the same students/doctors from one appointment to the next.
