I provide moving services for this building, and my experience was awful. We waited over an hour to unload because there was no space, as instructed by reception. While waiting by our parked truck, the owner arrived, insulted me for not parking on the street, and caused a scene despite my cooperation. He grabbed my shoulder and had the concierge kick me out. The concierge then made false accusations, hurled insults, and even made xenophobic remarks about my team. This building is extremely poorly managed, with staff and an owner who show zero respect for others.nSaying you did things professionally doesn’t make it professional and hiding a lie by saying that your own people said you did nothing wrong isn’t professional at all.
Beautiful place, on the other hand, lacks a little color and life. Poor dining often lacks dishes, condiments and even milk. Service by the employees is very good but the way of delivering the dishes is too much like a school cafeteria. For the price, it is very lacking.
No parking assigned to the accommodation, we often have to park outside even if we pay for it.nMany residents refrain from going out so as not to lose their place.nThe elevators are insufficient and are used for moving, we have to take the stairs to go down so as not to miss our doctor's appointments.nThe intercoms in our apartments are used at all times to send us messages about activities. It feels like a little school.nThe food is repetitive.nI do not recommend this residence.
What a welcome!nAbove all, don't come without an appointment, that's what we did and we were received like a dog in a bowling game, a distinguished gentleman practically closed the door in our face because he was overwhelmed.nSo there are two free places
Forget that open house we were made to wait 35 minutes to visit only to be refused by a stupid air osti...if you don't like your job leave it you are not in your place..at least remove your door announcements open...phew
