This place might be one of the only places in Ottawa that serves Chicken Sandwich justice. The sandwich is served with chicken breast whole piece rather than slices of chicken strips and the hot sauce they use can be too hot for most but hits just right for me. Absolutely a go to for chicken sandwich, nothing else has beaten it so far.nnIn terms of the location itself, the staff and the convenient menu order at the table is such a time saver from the lines. They serve it right to your table too. Friendly staff and lots of tables and chairs to accommodate big groups.nnRecommend: Chicken sandwich extra hot
Sure! Here's a suggestion:nnAbsolutely amazing burgers! Their smash burgers are perfectly juicy with a great sear, and the deep-fried chicken burgers are crispy and flavorful. So far, this is hands down the best burger spot I’ve been to in ottawa. Highly recommend if you're a burger lover!nWe were greeted and served perfectly! Thank you Lydia
All I have to say about this place is godly. Their burgers aren't your average restaurant / fast-food burger. $8.50 for the single burger isn't a price that will hurt your wallet too. The patty may look thin but it definitely makes its presence known. The fries are nice and salty and I would suggest getting with the burger to pair it with. Only thing I hope improves in the future is wait-time for the food after ordering it. I've been at umbrella burger a handful amount of times and each time it has been a 10-15+ minute wait which wasn't bad at the time because I wasn't in any rush but I can see some customers getting annoyed with this. Another thing I hope they add / do differently in the future is their chicken strips. Although I don't have any pictures of it, I have ordered them before and they are seasoned tenders based on the spice level you want. I would love them have them sauced instead of spiced
The best burgers and chicken sandwiches in Ottawa. Service is also incredible, every staff member was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Curly fries and sweet potato fries were also amazing. Basic atmosphere and more of a fast food type of environment but a super nice outdoor patio. We had the chocolate and vanilla shakes and they are to die for!! Highly recommend!
A friend of mine introduced me to this establishment because of the tasty burgers that they make. It was indeed tasty. I selected the double burger with a couple of extra fixings along with an order of fries it was a bit pricey but where isn’t it these days? It was very busy so expect to wait a bit especially on a weekend. I definitely will return
