It's a great location. Usually well cooked food. Unfortunately, 1 of the 4 burgers purchased during our most recent visit was cooked to resemble a hockey puck.
Love the 24 hour NW location. Always clean and friendly staff. Food is always fresh yet on this visit there was no root beer?! Was in disbelief that an A & W had no ROOT BEER. Made absolutely no sense that this stores name sake is based after a drink in which they should have ample amounts of. Food quality good environment good cleanliness good no root beer, huge disappointment.
Stopped by here at 9pm on way to somewhere and got a snack of fries and tried their frozen root beer. At that time, they gave me take out rather than dine in metal basket and glass even when I said dine in for mobile app.nnThose little touches have me switching some business over since it does not feel like fast food. Interesting to try their frozen root beer, but I think I prefer their regular diet root beer or one of the smoothies.nnI saw they have some Pret pastriesand knowing Pret A Manger from my days in London UK where they originated and travel for work in US, I tried the plain croissants since that is my baseline to evaluate. Decent enough but not the best in town nor best I had but I lived in France for 2 years so I might be a bit picky on these since I know what real butter croissant with 3 day proofing could be. If it was handy or someone gave it to me, I would not complain, but I probably would not go out of my way to get one.nnGood customer service when staff offered to warm up my croissant in the oven, which made it crispier..
A bit pricey but pretty decent food for a fast food joint. Decent selection for breakfast and their bacon eggers are a great value at $2.50. Service is usually better than other fast food chains too. Surprisingly busy on Sunday mornings.
