I recently visited this place for dine-in, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the uncomfortably cold temperature inside. Upon inquiring with the staff, I was informed that their heating system was currently out of order. This was evident, as the staff themselves were wearing jackets while working and felt pity for them:nThe cold environment made it impossible for me to enjoy my meal on-site. To make matters worse, my food had cooled down significantly by the time I left the store.nnI hope the management will address this issue promptly to ensure a more comfortable dining experience for future.
Lots of parking, went during the day so they restaurant portion and drive through were both open. We got some breakfast for 4 people. Food was served pretty quick. I’m a big A&W so as per usual food was great! Staff were nice.
I highly recommend going inside when you order your food. I come here quite frequently on my lunch break. When I go threw the drive threw I am charged an extra 4$ for what im not sure as they always refuse to give me an itemized receipt, But when I go inside I pay the regular amount Im used to paying. It is not that I am upset over 4$, its the fact that they have over charged me countless times and refuse to give me a receipt showing exactly what im paying extra for. It leads me to believe that something is going on here, That I can not trust the business enough to use the drive threw and not be over charged.
Great food but they can improve in other ways.nThe drive thru took long... In line for 20 mins probably because the McD's nearby is temporarily closed.nnWe wanted Mozza Burgers but it was unavailable so we had Teen Burgers instead. I ordered a Chocolate Pie.... When I got home, it was Apple.nnThe staff are nice but they can improve on efficiency during peak volumes...nnApril 2022 Update: I did email A&W since they replied to this review. They replied back that they would look into this. No response at all with the investigation results so don't waste your time and email them. There's no point.
A non pleasant experience after the order was taken for a Bacon and Egger combo. The tables were dirty but staff did arrive to clean them. The Combo came out and hash browns were loaded with grease, as the oil was likely cold, the sandwich was just acceptable with some rubberized bacon and no coffee. I had to ask if it was brewing but was just forgotten about.
