Amazing place! Very spacious, alot of different equipments and weights available. Multitudes of classes to meet your needs and time slot. Workout are planned meticulously by the coaches. Speaking of the trainers, they give amazing insights and tips to improve your technique. The gym also offer clean and renovated showers with hot water. Overall, I highly recommend this gym whether your starting working out or if you're looking for advanced training!

Coach Lou’s reputation is already established as stellar in the boxing community, so seasoned athletes will feel right at home. But Lou has recently gathered together a stable of elite trainers and assistant coaches that are not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but friendly and approachable as well. No matter your age or fitness level, the staff at UD Performance will have you fit in no time as long as you put in the work! Last but not least, the HUGE, clean showers and changing rooms are the icing on the cake after you’ve been sweating for an hour!

This is an awesome gym! The staffs and coaches are all helpful and friendly! Coach Lou is just the best in this industry, he pays attention to details and will work with you until you reach your goals! And there's a great dynamic between all the people that trains there!
