This place was wonderful. I️ drove from the Omaha office after being in there all of 15 minutes with rude security, unprofessional workers, and just an overall ran down place. This was my first time going to the Social Security office, and only needed to change my name. After researching this office in Council Bluffs, I️ decided to take my chances, and it was the best decision. I️ was looking at waiting over 2 hours at the Omaha office, I️ walked into Council Bluffs office and it was only 3 people there.

Even had to drive back home to grab more documents and come back, and the place was still empty 3 hours later. This is where I️ will always go if I️ ever need to visit the Social Security office again.
Kudos to the Council Bluffs, because the Omaha office needs to be evaluated.
